Responsible for coordinating the training of our ministry and volunteer leaders, your new title will be Emerging Leaders Coordinator.  As a key member of the national training and development team, your primary responsibility will be to provide training  support to our West Zone field team and volunteers.As our Emerging Leaders Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the West Zone internship program to see ministry supported and young leaders developed and trained.Working with West Zone senior leadership to create pathways for developing emerging ministry leaders, including volunteers.To develop and implement a West Zone training plan including a calendar of events to equip emerging leaders and ensure the growth of ministryCoordinating and leading training events for the West ZoneContributing to the SU Australia Equip team to develop national training standards and deliver training programs nationallyTo be successful in this role, you will be experienced in working within a ministry context, have a passion to see leaders equipped to deliver and grow ministry combined with previous experience in developing and delivering training.    You will enjoy working as part of a team and will have exceptional communication and presentation skills.  This is a part time position (4 days per week).The ideal candidate will have:Tertiary Qualifications in Leadership, Ministry, or Youth workMinimum 3 years experience of leading ministry/missional teamsExperience in developing and delivering training programs Familiar with SU Ministries (desired)ApplicationsIn order to be considered for this role, please complete your application including the following:Cover Letter - Clearly outlining how you meet the requirements as listed above for our ‘ideal candidate’, including your cultural fit within SU Australia.
