Working closely with the Group CEO and regional teams, you will develop fundraising targets and own the fundraising income budget.  You will play a key role in facilitating the nurturing of relationships with major donors and partners while also having responsibility for financial partnerships, grants, philanthropy and bequests.  Collaborating with senior leaders across the organisation, you will develop and implement a communications strategy for the broader supporters of SU that ensures that all our supporters, including prayer partners, volunteers and donors, are part of a designed journey.  You will have experience in creating supporter funnels with plans and communications that are valuable for SU and supporters at all stages of their connection with SU.You will lead a team who will work closely with local field ministry teams to provide support and training for local grassroots fundraising and communication initiatives.What we offer:5 weeks annual leaveHybrid working environmentClose knit team environment2 devotion days a year and an annual prayer retreatOur ideal candidate will have:A minimum of five years’ experience working in supporter engagement and/or fundraising, ideally in the not-for-profit sector;   Experience working across a geographically dispersed organisation and/or an organisation of significant size;CFRE or FIA Certificate of Fundraising or tertiary qualifications in business, fundraising or marketing related disciplines preferred; andDemonstrated experience in leading a fundraising team or similar.Applications In order to be considered for this role, please complete your application including the following:Cover Letter– Clearly outlining how you meet the key accountabilities listed above for our ‘ideal candidate’, including your cultural fit within SU; andCurrent CV.Please click on the link below to apply.
